1 1/2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup coconut (can be fresh or dehydrated- anything but the sweetened shredded kind)
2-3 cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
2 cups spinach
1 lime, peeled
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
drops of stevia for added sweetness
1 cup ice
One of my favs! Blend and serve!
