Health Nut Energy Bars

2 cups Macadamia nuts
18-20 pitted dates
2-3 tablespoons crystallized ginger
1/3 cup increments unsweetened coconut flakes or unsweetened shredded coconut

Pulse the first three ingredients in a food processor.  Then add desired amount of coconut and pulse until well combined.  Press mixture into an 8x8 pan and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
