Best Tasting Multigrain Waffles

½ C buckwheat flour
½ C brown rice flour
1 C wheat flour
 
Mix above ingredients together.  Original recipes calls for making your own flour using a grinder but either way works.
 
Add:
 
½ C ground flax (use coffee grinder)
¾ C oatmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp (heaping) baking powder
2 Tb sugar
2 eggs, beaten
¼ C oil
Add milk as needed
OPTIONAL: nuts
 
Using the a waffle maker, make as many waffles as you would like; store the remaining batter in the fridge for up to three days.  Top with fruit, honey and/or syrup.
