Cheesecake Pie

Huge hit every time served!  

Crust:
1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter melted
Filling:
1 pack cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt butter, combine crumbs, sugar and butter.  Press to shell then freeze for 1 hr. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened milk until mixed. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust then chill for 2.5 hours.
OPTIONAL: Make gelatin and mix with fresh fruit. Add on top of chilled pie.
