Smoked Paprika & Garlic Hummus

3 cans garbanzo beans
2 garlic cloves, crushed using flat side of a knife
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 C Tahiti paste
juice of 2 limes
3 TB vegan mayo
1/4 C water
1/4 C HIGH QUALITY olive oil

place all ingredients (minus the olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Add oil and blend just until well incorporated.
Serve with additional olive oil drizzled on top along w a sprinkle of paprika for presentation.

Can be used as a sandwich spread instead of plain mayo, as a veggie dip, on pita chips, and/or can be served w/ grilled kabobs and pita bread!
